Drawing a design from zen tangle cards that are supplied in the class, you will transfer to a pattern, and create a one of a kind pendant in Art Clay
brand of Metal Clay. You will learn to overlay your design into a multi dimensional pendant.

All supplies and tools will be provided. If you have tools you love to use—bring them. Especially if you use eye visors.

This class will complete your Zentangle Pendant. Designing your clasp, making beads and using gemstones for a one of a kind Necklace. All handmade—except for the gemstones!! This necklace will tell the story of your trip to Santa Fe 2019…

Located in the Keweenaw Peninsula of Upper Michigan, Kristy has been handcrafting jewelry for over 40 years. Her designs are influenced by nature, Native American Artworks, lifestyles of Northern New Mexico and intricate, delicate art works of Japan. Kristy’s work combines mediums using leather, glass, gemstones, fiber arts and ceramics with metal clay and traditional metals. Her curiosity and imagination lead her through many happy accidents that she turns into techniques. Kristy’s work is exhibited in galleries and one of a kind Artisan Shops in New Mexico, Upper Michigan and New York. Kristy currently owns Art Studio 70 in Laurium Michigan where she teaches classes, works on production lines, and on one of a kind artworks.
