Is your company name and product listed correctly online?

Check the show page to see if you are listed correctly. Email alexa@wholebead.com any updates and changes to your information. This is really important so customers know where to shop for which items at the show.

Load-in and setup/show hours

Load-in/setup time will begin Wednesday, June 4, between 10am-6pm (as soon as the room is ready). Setup time ends at 6pm. Lights out and doors locked by 6pm! No exceptions!

Show Hours:
Thursday 10am-5pm (merchants are allowed in at 9am)
Friday 10am-5pm (merchants are allowed in at 9am)
Saturday 10am-4pm (merchants are allowed in at 9am, out by 8pm)

Baird Center loading dock entrance:
Address to the North 1st Floor Dock is: 440 W. Wells Street. (Its across the street from the South Dock that we used last year). ONLY OPEN 10AM-2PM ON SETUP DAY AND DURING LOAD OUT.

Exhibitors are also welcome to load in through 405 W Kilbourn Ave, however there is a new screening system at all the guest entrances and there could be lines. They will detect tools and sharp objects, so we recommend you load in through the dock so you are not screened.

PARKING There is a surface lot on the corner of Wells St and 6th St and another on MLK and Kilbourn Ave which are the closet to the main North Entrance and accommodate oversize vehicles. There is parking garage between Wells St and Kilbourn Ave that can accommodate regular sized vehicles, but the pricing can be steep. We recommend checking the Spot Hero app.

If you need to ship:
We recommend shipping to your hotel, but they will accept packages at the venue, if necessary.

Booth size and additional tables:

Regular booth is 10’ x 10’ and comes with one 8’ undraped table & chair.  Artisan booths are table-top and include one 8′ undraped table & chair. If you need to rent an additional table, cost is $45/table, let us know by 5/20/25. We do not rent pegboards or showcases. Please be considerate of your neighbors and do not invade their space.  Display CANNOT include racks or other items if they will obstruct view of show.
